As you probably know I used to live the past years in New York City and when I was there this specific month was one my favorite: the weather in  June is enjoyable and warm (not so cold and either too hot), but the thing I really prefer of June is the excitement for the Father’s day approaching. Indeed in USA, but also in several other place in the world,like Argentina, India, China, United Kingdom, France, father’s day is celebrated the third sunday of June. This year it’ll be the 18th of June!

Yes friends, Father’s day is just around the corner!

For this reason in today’s post I’m going to show you my ideas for a special gift for your special daddy! Of course I suggest to keep in mind the following suggestion for several occasions… you never know when you’ll need a special gift for someone!

As usual when a special day is coming most of us look for an inspiration on the web. Although the web gives a lot of ideas most of these are too common and…. boring!

I made my web researches, like anyone else, for italian Father’s day (The 18th of march), and I spent a lot of time in this, for looking for a perfect gift for someone I love. By the way for this Father’s day I decided to try something different: I needed something special like my dad is! I figured out my perfect gift, and now I’m going to suggest it to you for your father’s day!

This was my idea:

Whatever happens, whatever bad decision we take , our parents will be there for us always. They are our anchorage and when we lost our way, we can always ask for help to our parents. In other words they are our polar star and we can loo at this star each time during the exploration of our life!

After this poetic thinking, I had my special idea: I will donate to my daddy a star! Actually I’ll name a star like my father!

I was really excited for this gift: it was something absolutely unique and warm… Wherever me and my daddy will be, if we will take a look of the sky, through all the billion of stars there will be one special enough to have my daddy name!

The process is pretty easy: you need to choose a proper website who offer the stars registration service, you pick the star you prefer, name your star, proceed with the purchase and the name is registered in a special register. Last step is the reception of the certificate, the coordinates of you star and other documents useful for locate your star.
